You don’t want a 12-hour roguelike anyway, since you can lose from a bad die-roll halfway through. Game is a bit short but the replay value is there I murder and eat every boar I run into on subsequent runs. It’s a lot of fun, and I really enjoy the art aesthetic and soundtrack as well. This game is basically a roguelike, comparable to a low-tech FTL more focused on its two main characters. 10/10, haunting, compelling, challenging, interesting. Eventually I starved to death on a shore bank and my corpse was eaten by ants. The injury wasn’t merciful enough to kill me outright I was able to struggl e through a few more days, getting weaker, sicker and hungrier as I wasn’t able to forage resources effectively. Lasted about 3 days before getting stabbed in the leg by a boar. I don’t usually play exploration games, but a friend recommended it. By Brian Larson reviewed on March 14, 2019
